Organic Free-Range Chicken Growing

Organic free-range chicken is a healthy source of protein versus their commercial counterpart. The meat from these birds are tastier and contain little to no chemicals. Through the introduction of this initiative, the foundation hopes to introduce an option for livelihood as well as improve their food security and choice.

Day-old Sasso chicks were transported from Manila all the way to BMARC. The chicks will be taken care of in BMARC for 26 days, which will then be awarded to beneficiaries. While in BMARC, the chicks are given herbal nutrients as a supplement to detoxify their systems.

The foundation will buy back the chickens from the residents after 30-45 days or when the chickens reach the desired weight.
