SPSF & PCSD promotes seaweed farming as an alternative livelihood

SPSF and the Palawan Council for Sustainable Development (PCSD), proposed Seaweed Farming as an alternative livelihood to the coastal fishing communities to shift away and discourage them from illegal fishing practices.
